Ride to the duty pharmacy
Pickup at your address and transport to the currently open pharmacy.
Outside normal opening hours, request a ride to the pharmacy on duty or, after prior agreement with the pharmacy, collection of medicine released for handover.
Submitting a request does not confirm execution. Availability, pickup time, price basis and acceptance are confirmed separately.
A passenger ride to the pharmacy on duty or a collection ride may be dispatched when the pharmacy explicitly permits handover to an authorised person. We are not a pharmacy and do not dispense or advise on medicines.

A previously ordered item released by the pharmacy can be checked for pickup.
Prescription, identity, authorisation, payment and handover are clarified before the ride.
Duty rosters can change at short notice. Check and contact the pharmacy before travelling.
The pharmacy decides whether the medicine is available and under what conditions it may be handed to you or an authorised person.
Use the official search and call the pharmacy to confirm opening and availability.
Discuss prescription/e-prescription, health card, ID, authorisation, payment and recipient with the pharmacy.
Send pickup, pharmacy, time and ride type, then wait for confirmation.
Share health information only to the extent needed for organising the ride. Medical questions belong to the pharmacy or medical service.
The fare depends on pickup, pharmacy, destination, time, waiting and any return leg. Medicine costs are separate and paid as instructed by the pharmacy.
Opening, stock and permission to hand over medicine are not guaranteed by the dispatch platform.
